These days the Moon is tricking you! It only shows you a little part of it, but in fact the other part hides in the shadows... :) - taken with a phone and the telescope a few hours ago. #moon #nightsky #astrophotpgraphy

It is a small coastal town we live in so even if there is light pollution is not as bad as in the cities. That being said the conditions for astrophotography are quite bad. For the Moon it does not matter, but for galaxies/nebulas it makes a massive difference to be in a darker place.
